SVCG designed, built, and shipped a production operations platform that connects AI workflows to governed business data, field activity, approvals, and financial records.
What was built
The platform combines vision-based estimating grounded in a governed price book, invoice OCR with duplicate detection, field-chat routing, a live voice walkthrough agent, video analysis for measurements and defects, a unified financial ledger with reconciliation, and severity-based incident escalation.
